Ears only, eyes only
Bake a cake with one sense. Someone comes into the kitchen and tells you a couple of things; a couple of other things are only written down. Then they leave, and you bake with whatever reached you.
Choose your sense
About twenty seconds in the kitchen. Sound on for ears only; headphones help.
Ears only. The screen stays dark — listen.
Bake
They've gone. Make your choices from what reached you, and guess the rest.

Notes
From a game my daughter told me about: three people bake a cake together, one who can't see, one who can't hear and one who can't speak. Here there's only you, with one sense at a time. What was said reaches ears only; what was written reaches eyes only. The one thing that comes both ways is when the cake is done: the timer rings, and the top turns golden.
Both modes are playable without the sense they leave out: ears only needs no screen beyond the buttons, and eyes only needs no sound. The voice is your browser's own speech synthesiser, so it sounds different on every device.
